Summer at La Rosière
Since the first season after the Covid-19 crisis, how is the summer organized at La Rosière?
As a family and sports destination, La Rosière will maintain a level of activity more or less identical to the previous seasons with a few changes. And above all with some new features!
Ski lift :
The Roches Noires chairlift will be open 7 days a week from Saturday July 4th to Friday August 28th.
Please note that the legislation imposes the wearing of a mask on the lift.
Summer Shuttle :
The summer shuttle is renewed this summer in order to link the Bourg St Maurice train station to the Petit Saint Bernard pass via the villages, and this four times a day from Saturday July 4th to Sunday August 30th.
The shuttle is equipped with a trailer for bikes.
One-way fares: 2€ pedestrian and 5€ with bike. Find all the info here
Opening of the leisure structures:
All the leisure structures managed by the Tourist Office will be open:
- The superb panoramic tennis court, from Saturday 27 June
- The ice rink from Monday 29 June
- The cinema from Monday 29 June
- The golf course from 4 July.
All measures are in place to respect the sanitary protocols imposed by the authorities.
Les Galopins (activities for children) :
The Galopins club in the center of the resort will be open all summer from Monday July 6th to Friday August 28th.
It is free for children from 3 to 12 years old.
Small change this year, the children will only be taken care of by the day (no longer by half day).
More information about the Galopins club and the Kids Pass and Teen Pass here.
Activities and events:
A denser weekly program of activities has been drawn up by the Tourist Office team in order to compensate for the cancellation of events imposed by the current context (fireworks and ball on July 14, Trail de La Rosière, Festival Vent d'Est ...).
The events Journées du Bien Être and Bike Week will take place but in a different format.
The Clarines Festival is on hold, awaiting the next deconfinement rules.
The novelties of the summer:
The Lake of Rest : Located at the level of the plan de l'arc, the Lac du Repos will become a must-see place for vacationers. The green space around the lake will open on July 11th.
Golf Practice: The golf course will inaugurate its brand new driving range this summer.
An essential tool for its future development which will have required major work. Its playability may depend on the weather.
Have a good summer at La Rosière!
