A chalet holiday in La Rosière (Alps, France)
Enjoy a different kind of holiday in a private chalet, which can be divided into two apartments, in the exclusive neighbourhood of La Rosière 1850, a unspoilt resort in the Haute-Tarentaise.
You have a spacious home spread over three floors, perfect for everyone to enjoy their own privacy whilst spending time together.
Ski-in ski-out, with no need for a shuttle bus.
At the heart of La Rosière – Espace San Bernardo and directly on the slopes, L’Esquirol has a exceptional view over the valley and mountains, with a 180° panorama stretching from the Tignes resort to the Moutiers valley.
Situated at an altitude of 1830m, it has two sections, each capable of accommodating 9 to 12 people.
Divided vertically into two separate sections, the chalet comprises two apartments, each measuring 104 m², spread over three floors. Enjoy a holiday together, yet each with their own space.
The layout is ideal for comfortably accommodating two families and groups of friends with two floors of bedrooms separated by the living floor, opening onto a south-facing terrace.
You put your skis on straight out of the ski rooms to go to the ski lift which leads you to the start of the lessons. The children's villages https://www.esflarosiere.com/ and Evolution 2 are located 100 metres on foot behind the Chalet.
On returning from your day of skiing, you unclip your skis directly outside the ski room and benefit from adapted equipment: ski racks, helmet racks, boot warmers.
Whether it's a cosy day in or the return from a long hike, the living room facing the mountains allows you to reconnect with your family. The large table will host your hot chocolates and fondue evenings.
In the summer, you'll enjoy the terrace from the morning for your breakfast, or later for your meals around the barbecue.
An exceptional situation
L’Esquirol is situated in a exclusive Rosière district, made up entirely of chalets and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. While being immediately on the slopes, it is located less than 200m from shops, ski hire, the spa and the cinema.
A mountain holiday without a car is entirely possible at L'Esquirol thanks to the shuttle buses connecting Bourg-Saint-Maurice station to La Rosière. The stop is located less than 300 m from the chalet.
Taxis also provide a connection from Chambéry or Bourg-Saint-Maurice and will take you directly to the chalet.
During your stay, everything is accessible on foot: equipment rental, access to ski lessons, shopping and leisure activities.
