On the French-Italian domain of Espace San Bernardo, facing Les Arcs, L'Esquirol has an exceptional view of the valley and the mountains, with a 180° panorama stretching from the Tignes domain to the Moutiers valley.
Located at an altitude of 1830 m, it has two parts, each of which can accommodate 9 to 12 people.
A perfect organization for families
Vertically separated into two independent parts, the chalet offers two apartments of 104 m² each on 3 floors.
The layout is ideal for accommodating two families and groups of friends with two floors of bedrooms separated by the living floor, opening onto a south-facing terrace.
Ski rooms with ski in and ski out
You can put on your skis as soon as you leave the skirooms and take the ski lift to the start of the lessons. The Esf and Evolution2 children's villages are located 150 meters behind the Chalet.
When you come back from your day of skiing, you can untie your shoes directly in front of the ski room and take advantage of the adapted equipment: ski rack, helmet rack, boot warmer.
An atmosphere conducive to relaxation outside of skiing
Whether you're having a cocooning day or returning from a long hike, the living room facing the mountains allows you to get together with your family. The large table will welcome your hot chocolates and your fondue evenings.
In the summer, you can enjoy the terrace in the morning for breakfast, or later for your meals around the barbecue.
An exceptional situation
L'Esquirol is located in a privileged area of La Rosière, composed exclusively of chalets and at the end of a quiet dead end street. While being immediately on the slopes, it is less than 200 m from the shops, the ski rental companies, the spa and the cinema.
A stay in the mountains without a car is quite possible at l'Esquirol thanks to the shuttles linking the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station to La Rosière. The stop is located less than 300 m from the chalet.
Cabs are also available from Chambéry or Bourg-Saint-Maurice and will drop you off directly at the chalet.
During your stay, everything is done on foot: equipment rentals, access to ski lessons, shopping and leisure activities.
